All non-customized items are shipped USPS Priority Mail (unless requested otherwise by cardholder) within 48 hours of your purchase. All customized items, including custom colors or custom embroidery, are shippined USPS Priority Mail (unless requested otherwise by cardholder) within 7-10 business days. In the event that an item is out of stock or backordered, we will not bill your credit card until the item is shipped to you. We do not ship over the weekends. Purchases may be delivered to your address or to one or many recipients.
If you are dissatisfied for any reason you may return any unused merchandise to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Products kept for over 30 days without a return request are considered final. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Products being returned must be in NEW condition and in the original factory packaging. U-Neak Designs will cover the cost for shipping to replace items that were shipped incorrectly. Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of placing an order and in advance of ship date to qualify for refund.
